The Bakery is a world renowned, one of a kind, private BMX facility in Chicago, Illinois. X-Games medalist and pro BMX street rider, Brian Kachinsky, originally created The Bakery within the walls of an old historic bread factory building in Chicago. Kachinsky's original intent was to create a street rider's paradise. He created ramps, rails, ledges and more which allowed street riding to progress without the hinderance of weather, security guards, or anything else which would stop him from doing what he loved: riding.  Since it's launch in 2011, The Bakery has been host to countless pro riders from around the US, Europe and from as far away as South Africa. This facilities unique character and obstacles have gained the attention of not only the BMX industry but has also been featured on ESPN, Fuel TV and in countless print publications.

The Bakery has recently moved locations to Lacuna Artist Lofts in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. This area known as the Chicago Arts District is the perfect location for the Bakery's reputation for creativity and progression to thrive. This new and updated facility will no doubt be host to many more groundbreaking tricks and events from today's top BMX street riders.
